I want a world full of brave women. When women meet shame and discomfort with love and understanding there is space for deep transformation

Women’s bodies, historically, have not been valued and women that live in marginalized bodies have been devalued at an even deeper level

Most women i know were not raised to trust their body’s wisdom

Instead, they were raised to believe and trust in everybody else’s ideas and stories while distrusting their own body and her wisdom

I’m Jessica Brunner

As a trauma-informed Embodied Pleasure Coach I help you feel radiantly alive without bypassing your body’s wisdom

I love working with intrepid women who desire to lead Pleasure-full lives anchored in their own wisdom

Through workshops, circles, retreats, and 1:1 coaching sessions, I have guided over 150 women into the experience of their own Pleasure and Aliveness

I want a world where women define their OWN pleasure and live their OWN embodied stories instead of living everybody else’s story

Coaching

  • 8 1:1 Embodied Pleasure Sessions so that you can set aligned goals, work through blocks, and move forwards

  • Zoom meetings so you can unravel in the safety of your own space

  • meetings spaced at least 1 week apart and up to 3 so that there is leniency for living full life’s and space to integrate

  • recorded sessions so that you can remember the words from your body’s wisdom

Ceremony & Ritual

  • opening & closing ceremony so that you can untangle the mundane from the magic and make every moment meaningful

  • presence & breath work exploration to start off every session so that you become expert at feeling safe in feeling internal sensations

  • a pleasure package delivered snail mail so that you can create your own home ritual

  • email support/check-in between meetings so that you feel held and so that you are held responsible for your own growth

Resources

  • 4 tool kits, 1 for each of the core foundations of this coaching(presence, pleasure, passion, essence) so that you have extra options to deepen your understanding of each

  • womb wisdom sent(via email) around full and new moon cycles so that you can settle into natural rhythms of life and be reminded only robots can function 24/7

  • any extra meditations, movements, or exercises so that you can be fully supported on this journey
