Disembodiment is not binary, you are always in a degree of being disembodied. There are lots of opportunity to become more embodied as a woman. We have been taught our bodies are unsafe, emotional, bloody and gross, weak, fat, imperfect. The imprints of culture have left their mark. We abandon our bodies to live from the neck up in a pseudo life, without the passion, chaos, and sensuality of our bodies rhythms.
