What is a Feminine Embodiment Coach you ask?
From the first time I heard the words Feminine Embodiment I was in love. The language was enticing and tasted like magic on my tongue. I come from a yogic background and everything in the coaching(mindset/life/women’s empowerment) world was very new to me. But, from the get, I knew this was what was missing in my own life.
Lemme tell ya! Yoga is fantastic. It was the first piece of my spiritual journey. Yoga helped me gain enough clarity to get out of a 9 year relationship, it gave me confidence, flexibility, and the ability to be immersed in the moment. Yet, it wasn’t until I happened across a wonderful lil lady coach named Amy Natalie (and took her 3 day Feminine Empowerment workshop) that I became the woman I am today.
3 days immersed with other women and I knew I was on the wrong path in my own career. I immediately shifted gears and made plans to become a woman´s coach and help where I could. I started dreaming about what I needed to do next, and I followed those dreams to finding my new business and a certification(School of Embodied Arts) to become structured as a coach.
Every woman must know how to tap in to their Feminine Essence and subsequently how to ooze that ESSENCE from their core and out into their vicinity. That my Loveś is Feminine Embodiment.
AKA~Gathering the neglected/forgotten aspects of the feminine- the flowing, chaotic, emotive, darker and unexpressed pieces of HER and uniting those parts with the masculine so we are WHOLE again.
Then letting that WHOLENESS take up space in our being. For we can not taste the sweetest Pleasure without also embracing our darkest depths.
